The leadership question

The question is no longer
“What can AI do?”

It is: what will you redesign now that intelligence can scale?

The companies pulling ahead are not simply adding AI to yesterday's work. They are rethinking where judgment lives, how decisions move, and what becomes possible when people and agents operate as one system.

That shift is strategic, organizational, and deeply human. It is also already underway.
